To generate, view and send statements:
- Select the Accounting tab in the top navigation menu
- This opens the Clients Enquiry page
- Filter using client’s ‘Account Number’or ‘Name’
- Then click Statements in the ‘Actions’ column
You can now:
- Generate a client’s statement for a specific period or date range
- Download the statement as a PDF for viewing and printing
- Email the statement as a PDF attachment to your selected Client Contact
When emailing a statement, you can:
- Send to required client contacts from the available pre-populated list
- Cc yourself
- Select the preferred email template
- Attach additional information (such as contracts, past invoices, debit notes etc)
- Include additional comments in the email message (NOTE: these comments will then be displayed in Clients→Client Notes ….see Client Notes.
