To view a client’s transaction history:

Select the Accounting tab in the top navigation menu.
- This automatically defaults to Clients Enquiry→Transactions by Client
- Filter using the client’s ‘Account Number’ or ‘Name’
- Click view-client transactions icon to display the selected client’s transaction
You can now:
- View the client’s transaction history for paid and unpaid invoices
- Select the ‘Detailed’ view checkbox and click Go – to view a complete list of all past and future issued invoices including payment status
- Further refine the ‘Detailed’ view for specific date range
- In the ‘Detailed’ view to filter for transaction type (invoice, receipt, debit note, credit note, adjustment)
- View the client’s account balance
