This option allows you to view and manage all portal users that can manage and pay their invoices online using electronic bill presentment and payment.
It also allows you to manage subscriptions and packages:
- Configuration – allows you configure what will appear on the subscription page, for example URLs, debit days, and fields. Also allows you to set a subscription notification email address.
- Subscription Packages – displays the packages that you have created, which are displayed on the subscription page.
By default, the Portal User Management screen displays a list of all portal users under the headings: Username, First Name, Last Name, Registration Key, Last Login, and Billdozer Id.
- Portal Users – allows you to view and manage Portal users that have access to online bill presentment and payment. Click Select > Send Reset Password Email in the Actions column next to the relevant Portal user to send a password reset email to that specific portal user. This provides portal users with a new password with which to access the Portal. They can change this password from the Portal by clicking ‘Profile’, and then entering and verifying a new password. Click Select > Manually Reset Password to manually reset the Portal User’s password.
