About Accounting System

This option allows you to integrate your existing accounting system with Billdozer.

Currently Billdozer supports the following accounting systems:

  • Pastel –
  • Sage One –
  • Xero – Billdozer integrates with your existing Xero accounting system, by pulling selected information, such as client details, invoices and associated line items, into Billdozer. Once integrated, the unpaid client invoices can be added/moved to a batch and sent for payment using the standard Billdozer payment collection method.
Δ.
  1. Choose General Settings > Accounting System. The Settings screen is displayed.
  2. Choose the accounting system that you want to add to your Billdozer system from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Add Accounting System when complete.
  4. Integrate your accounting system with Billdozer.
  5. For instructions on how to integrate Xero with Billdozer, refer to How to Integrate Xero with Billdozer.

To delete an accounting system, choose the system to delete and click Delete Accounting System. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
