Create New Note

To create a new note for a specific client:

  1. Choose Arrears Management > Follow-up Notes.
  2. Click next to the relevant client. The Client Note screen is displayed.
  3. Complete the following fields:
    • Follow-up – Click in the field and choose the required follow-up date from the calendar.
    • Choose the required quick note from the drop-down list and click Add Quick Note.
  4. Click Save Note when complete to save the note to the selected client account.

  • Merchant tab > Quick Notes to create a new quick note, which will then be displayed in the Add Quick Note drop-down list mentioned above.
